Our patient portal is a new tool that existing patients can use to communicate with the practice via the Internet. Current functionality will
allow patients to view appointments, send messages to the practice, view a summary of a visit, and change contact information. In the future, other features will be added including
refill requests, viewing of lab results, and scheduling appointments.
This patient portal is NOT to be used for urgent communications with our clinc or for emergent matters. If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to your local emergency
room. If you have an urgent issue during business hours, please call our clinic at (972) 712-5100.
This feature is available to all existing patients who have an email address on file with our clinic. Please contact our office at 972-712-5100 to activate your access. If you do not have
an email address on file with our clinic, you will need to come to the office to activate your access.
For new patients, you may pre-register on this site as well. Please call our clinic if you have any questions or trouble with this process.
