Our patient portal is a tool that existing patients can use to communicate with the practice via the Internet. Current functionality will allow patients to view appointments, send messages to the practice, view a summary of a visit, view lab results, request refills, and change contact information.
This patient portal is NOT to be used for urgent communications with our clinic or for emergent matters. If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room. If you have an urgent issue during business hours, please call our clinic at (972) 712-5100.
This feature is available to all existing patients who have an email address on file with our clinic. Please contact our office at 972-712-5100 to activate your access. If you do not have an email address on file with our clinic, you will need to come to the office to activate your access, as we must verify your identity to prevent unauthorized access to your records.
For new patients, you may pre-register on this site as well, if you have not called our clinic for an appointment. This will send us a message, and our staff will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you have already made an appointment, you will be granted access at your visit (as you are already in our system and we must verify your identity prior to providing online access to your record). Please call our clinic if you have any questions or trouble with this process.
